Terms & refunds
Who you buy from
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. They handle payment, issue your receipt, and account for any sales tax or VAT. Their name, not ours, will appear on your card statement.
Delivery
Download links are emailed automatically once payment clears, normally within a minute. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then email hello@canvaslabs.com and we will resend the files manually.
Refunds
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final once the download link has been issued. That said, if a file is corrupt, is not the resolution stated, or is materially different from what was described, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Use of the files
All purchases are governed by our licence, which permits personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use without a separate licence is a breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
