Who you buy from

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. They handle payment, issue your receipt, and account for any sales tax or VAT. Their name, not ours, will appear on your card statement.

Delivery

Your files are made available in two ways. The download appears on the order confirmation screen as soon as payment clears, and that order page remains accessible to you afterwards. Separately, a receipt containing a permanent download link is emailed to the address used at checkout.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders. Because the download also lives on the order page, a delayed or filtered email does not prevent you from getting what you paid for. If you still cannot access your files, email hellocanvaslabs@gmail.com and we will send them to you manually.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access includes every collection published on this site at the time of purchase, and every collection published afterwards. Collections released after your purchase are sent by email to the address used at checkout, normally within a few days of release. It is your responsibility to keep that address reachable and to check your spam folder.

“Lifetime” means for as long as Canvas Labs continues to operate this store. It is not a promise of a minimum number of future collections, nor of any particular release schedule. If the store ceases trading, you keep every file already delivered to you, and the licence over those files continues unchanged.

The price of Lifetime Access rises as the library grows. The price you paid is final for you: later increases never result in a further charge, and earlier lower prices are not refunded retrospectively.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final once the download link has been issued. That said, if a file is corrupt, is not the resolution stated, or is materially different from what was described, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Use of the files

All purchases are governed by our licence, which permits personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use without a separate licence is a breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
